TRC-T Series
Table drive type laser processing system. Optimal for processing of 3-D components. With applications from prototyping to research and development, modifying with specialized tools enables use as a dedicated special-purpose cutting machine or for mass production.
Configuring the high-precision type in a series allows production of sizes outside standard specifications. The enclosure matches standard specifications.

Articulated robot type laser processing system.
Optimal for processing of 3-D components.
With applications ranging from prototyping to research and development, modification with specialized tools allows this model to be used as a dedicated special-purpose welding machine or for mass production.
Capable of remote welding, a galvanometer scanner may also be added to enable on-the-fly welding. High-precision type available in various models in the series.

Surface Modification/Hardening
TRH-R Series
Laser brazing system that feeds filler wire for bonding . Servo drive controlled filler wire feeder enables stable wire feed. Seam tracker (optional) head driven in accordance with the shape of the piece, enabling stable processing.
Modifying with a robot enables use for auto parts and other appliations.

Installation Flowchart
STEP1Confirmation/consultation (free of charge)
First, the customer informs us of current processing under review, as well as desired objectives and technological problems.
We then investigate processing methods best suited to the customer’s needs.
※Selection of laser oscillators, system configuration
STEP2Selection testing using laser oscillators (fees apply from this point on)
After confirming the selection criteria, we run selection tests using actual lasers. We then write and provide a report on the selection of the laser oscillator.
STEP3 Establishment of processing conditions using the selected oscillator
We then work out the optimal processing conditions using the selected oscillator. The customer may also observe the processing.
※With installation of the equipment, testing(establishing conditions) at this point is extremely important.
⇒ this enables a smooth startup after the equipment has been installed.
STEP4Systemization/Technical Support
We also handle testing and manufacturing of optimal systems to meet the customer’s needs. Technicians can be dispatched to the customer’s site for the initial system startup to provide technical guidance.
We can further offer prompt advice and consulting for processing following the installation.
